My wife and I were looking for the right luxury building downtown Tampa to get a weekend place. We always thought 500 Harbour Island was a beautiful modern attractive building. We decided to arrange a tour and check it out. Erin Hunter was our Leasing Consultant. She gave us multiple tours and options, we immediately signed and now have our dream weekend home! Erin was beyond incredible to work with and super easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend anyone looking into 500 Harbour Island to check it out (It is beautiful with incredible views/atmosphere) and to call/contact Erin Hunter.

Title: Chronic Elevator Problems in the 500 Building. My experience at the 500 Building has been marred by the incessant issues plaguing the three elevators. It's disappointing that despite repeated complaints, these elevators continue to suffer from frequent breakdowns and malfunctions. Navigating a multi-story building becomes an ordeal as the elevators are often out of order, leaving residents to rely on the stairs or endure lengthy wait times. The lack of a reliable vertical transportation option is not only inconvenient but also impacts the accessibility of the building, making it difficult for elderly residents or those with disabilities to move around freely. It's my sincere hope that the management prioritizes resolving these chronic elevator problems, ensuring a smoother and more pleasant living experience for all occupants.

Erin is simply amazing! Moving into a new home usually a really stressful experience but Erin managed to minimize all inconveniences associated with it! We have been living at 500 Harbour Island for almost 3 months now and have only good words to say about the management, amenities, and concierge service!

Wow, it's pretty bad when a visitor is leaving a bad review. Every time I come here there's one elevator working and when I visit my friend his dishwasher or toilet, nothing is working in the unit. GROSS. I mean, how old is this place 2017? It's just like nothing but a cash cow for someone. Rich slum Lord on Harbor island charging prices like the place is kept up. New renters go elsewhere. Trust me you don't want to be in a 1 year lease here and regreting it.😪

AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COST ELEVATORS CONSTANTLY BROKEN FOR MONTHS AT A TIME. First 4 months in the building we had 1/3 elevators working and normal waiting times were 15-30 minutes just to leave the building. Staff (outside of Jose at front desk) is RUDE and doesn’t care about issues in the building. IF THEY DROPPED THE RENT IN HALF I WOULDNT STAY HERE. 4K rent to have to take the stairs up and down 20 floors and deal with a staff that is completely incompetent in running a building. Cherry to top I have a handicap sticker and they towed my car out of the garage last night illegally. I CANT WAIT TO BE RELEASED OF MY LEASE FROM THIS HELL HOLE.

We moved to 500 Harbour Island in June 2023. Our experience so far has been great! Lindsay and Erin in the office are always available and ready to help you if needed. The concierge service is top notch. Jose and his team are always pleasant and know you by name. The building is fantastic. New amenity updates are currently in the works. While yes, there were elevator issues when moving in, they have since been repaired. The office is constantly notifying residents of any changes, updates or issues. The maintenance staff is 100% the best we've encountered. Any work order is completed quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a great place to live and we are proud to call this home.
